By accessing the KATYCS website or using its public features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a request.
Website Reviews And Assessments
Website descriptions and assessment requests are informational. A complimentary review is intended to help KATYCS and the business discuss an operating question. It does not create a client relationship, require KATYCS to accept an engagement, or authorize any system change.
Separate Service Agreements
Any paid build, pilot, ongoing support, or other professional service requires a separate written agreement. That agreement will define the scope, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, fees, timing, and any additional terms that apply to the engagement.
No Promised Business Outcome
KATYCS may discuss opportunities, working assumptions, and possible improvements. Website content and complimentary assessments do not guarantee revenue, reimbursement, customer behavior, patient behavior, payer decisions, regulatory compliance, or any specific business result.
Text Message Terms
If you provide your mobile number and choose to receive recurring automated marketing or informational text messages from KATYCS, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how KATYCS handles information, including mobile information and consent records.
Acceptable Website Use
Use the website only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse its content, or submit information that you do not have the right to provide.
Medical And Confidential Information
Do not submit patient information, raw schedules, appointment dates, clinical details, insurance or payer data, account credentials, customer records, or other protected or confidential information through public forms. Follow the approved secure process when KATYCS specifically requests permitted information for a Medical Capacity Snapshot.

The website may link to or rely on services operated by other providers. Their availability, security, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not mean KATYCS controls or endorses every part of the external service.
