Permitted Operational Fields
Provider and appointment type; day of week and general time block; booking lead time in days; confirmation status; show, cancellation, or no show result; cancellation lead time; and whether the open time was refilled.
Never Requested
Patient names, dates of birth, direct appointment dates or times, booking dates, clinical notes, medical record numbers, credentials, diagnoses, insurance details, or payer identifiers.
